1972 Datsun 240Z.
2.4L I6 Engine.
This Z car has clearly been well-cared for. It has been driven sparingly, and according to the previous owner, it was never taken out in poor weather.
The factory Lime Exterior is overall in great condition! The car was repainted in original code 112 “Lime” color approximately 10 years ago, and the paint still retains excellent shine. There are photos documenting the windows out repaint. The original trim is in good standing. All pieces are straight and clean with good rubber gaskets and inserts.
The Black Interior is in nice condition throughout, and appears to be all stock with the exception of the radio. The original unit comes with the car. Dashboard is free of cracks and warpage. Gauge faces are clean and the headliner is in very good condition. The seats have been reupholstered in the past, and are overall in great shape!
The car has a solid original underbody. This car was purchased in California which is why the chassis is in such nice condition!
The car retains its original engine, which has been rebuilt 12,500 miles ago. It’s very clean from top to bottom.
The performance of this little “green daredevil” is spot on! The car has plenty of kick, and the shifting action is smooth and continuous. The clutch is nice and soft, and engages at the correct release point. The brakes are solid, and the car stops on demand.
This is a wonderful looking performer, which will continue to escalate in popularity and price.
